The first exhibition dedicated to animal husbandry in France ends with a great success for Italy and for ANABIC, the National Association of Italian Beef Cattle Breeders.
In Clearmont Ferrand in the interior of France, the show where agriculture and zootechnics are a

true expression of the territory and of the zootechnical economic sector. For the first time Italy participates with ANABIC thanks to the MIPAAF and the Marche and Umbria Regions which subsidize the transalpine trip for the promotion and knowledge of Italian meat breeds such as the Chianina, present with as many as three subjects including the Champion Bull of Breed 2022 in Bastia Umbra of Luchetti breeding; the Marchigiana, the Romagnola and the Maremmana. ANABIC relies on the direction and voice, for the first time in French, of Nico Belloni who, together with Prof. Ridolfi, takes care of the presentation of the subjects to a (worldwide) audience interested in the subjects brought to the Sommet de L’Elevage by ANABIC.
Used in the past for working the fields, Marchigiana, Chianina and Romagnola have been selected for the production of meat for many years now.
This specialization appears evident if one observes their somatic conformation.
Muscularity is highly developed in every region of the body and particularly on the upper surface of the trunk and in the back, rich in fine cuts. The trunk is cylindrical, well developed in width, length and depth. The skeletal structure is solid and light, the dewlap reduced, the skin fine; all this translates into high meat yields.
The excellent conformation is accompanied by other precious characteristics such as the ease of calving, the vitality of the calves, the good maternal attitude, the earliness.

Il primo salone dedicato alla zootecnia in Francia si conclude con un grandissimo successo per l’Italia e per ANABIC, Associazione Nazionale Allevatori Bovini Italiani da carne.
A Clearmont Ferrand nell’interno della Francia il salone dove agricoltura e zootecnia sono espressione vera del territorio e del comparto economico zootecnico. Utilizzate in passato per il lavoro dei campi, Marchigiana, Chianina e Romagnola sono ormai da molti anni selezionate per la produzione di carne.
Questa specializzazione appare evidente se si osserva la loro conformazione somatica.
La muscolosità è molto sviluppata in ogni regione del corpo e particolarmente sulla superficie superiore del tronco e nella parte posteriore, ricche di tagli pregiati. Il tronco è cilindrico, ben sviluppato in larghezza, lunghezza e profondità. La struttura scheletrica è solida e leggera, la giogaia ridotta, la pelle fine; tutto ciò si traduce in elevate rese in carne.
L’ottima conformazione si accompagna ad altre preziose caratteristiche quali la facilità di parto, la vitalità dei vitelli, la buona attitudine materna, la precocità.
